We all know how important it is to get greens in our diet. If I need super-human power or simply want to avoid that cold going around, I make this Vitamin Green Power Drink. It’s packed with so many valuable food sourced vitamins, minerals & chlorophyll – plus the healthy fats in the tahini help with absorption of all that good stuff. 


  • 1 c. organic kale
  • 1 c. pure, organic apple juice
  • 1 *heaping* Tbsp tahini
  • 1 c. cooled herb tea: Nettle, mint, or camomile
  • a few sprigs of fresh, organic parsley, optional

Preparation Method

  1. Make herb tea.
  2. Let cool to room temp or refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  3. Place all ingredients in blender & pulverize to liquid. 
  4. *Optional* Pour drink through a mesh strainer to collect any unblended fiber 
  5. Drink as soon as possible for maximum vitamin & enzyme content.
