Apple Cider Tonic

Overview

This super tonic helps to strengthen immunity, improve bowel function + increase energy levels.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp *raw apple cider vinegar
  • 16 ounces filtered water
  • *raw honey, to taste
  • 1 – 2 cinnamon sticks

Preparation Method:

  1. Mix ingredients together in a glass container. Stir before drinking as the “mother” will settle.
  2. Sip throughout the day to help maintain a balanced, alkalized pH in your body.
  3. Store in a cool, dark cupboard.
