Keep those bad bugs at bay with incredibly powerful food medicine.


  • 2 big handfuls of fresh, organic kale
  • 1 small cucumber *only if organic, or in season*
  • 2 – 3 stalks celery
  • 1 green apple
  • 1  2″ pc. ginger root, peeled
  • 1 – 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon

Preparation Method

  1. Juice all ingredients.
  2. Pour into glass jar and enjoy. 


It’s not the end of the world if you can’t drink all your juice straight away. Another option is to sip through out the day. The reality is that the juice will loose nutrients quickly once juiced, so basically, the sooner the better.
