An ideal time to enjoy smoothies is in the morning, especially because you can take it to-go as a fast food breakfast. Ingredients 1 ripe banana, frozen 1.5 cup almond milk *try making your own* 1/2 cup kale, de-stemmed 2 Tbsp almond butter 1 Tbsp hemp seeds 1 tsp or more, cocoa powder Preparation Method Just blend it all up until smooth and creamy. Note Feel free to add more or less of any of the above. Try adding chia seeds for extra omega-3’s & fiber.
