These eggs are the perfect snack to take on a hike, to work, or pop in your mouth anytime you’re feeling hungry. 


Ingredients

  • 6 or more, free-range eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. black+white sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp Nutritional yeast 
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • sea salt+pepper, to taste 
  • roughly chopped parsley, for garnish 

Preparation Method

  1. Hard boil eggs (for about 6 minutes in pot full of water, over high heat) 
  2. Let eggs cool, and gently remove the shells. 
  3. On a large plate, or clean cutting board, sprinkle seeds, yeast, spices + seasonings to cover the surface.  
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over peeled eggs, then roll them through the seasoned surface. Garnish with parsley. 

Enjoy at room temperature, or store in the fridge for later enjoyment.
