Festive and fun. 


  • Slice fruit of choice: apple, pear, strawberries, grapes, peaches etc.
  • 1 cup almond or cashew butter
  • 3 Tbsp spirulina
  • 1/3 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 c pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preparation Method

  1.  Mix all ingredients in the blender, until a thick mixture forms.
  2.  Pour into a bowl.
  3.  Slice fruit, and dip each piece.
  4.  Place dipped fruit on a glass tray covered in parchment paper.
  5.  Sprinkle with shredded coconut, and pop in the freezer for about 25 minutes.IMG_3179
